Returns Policy
At Blue Mango Salon we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from Blue Mango Salon and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.
Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact us as soon as possible.
All returns must be pre-approved and submitted via email to shop@bluemangosalon.com
Please contact us within 48 hours should you have any discrepancies with your order. This must be submitted via shop@bluemangosalon.com
Please follow the simple instructions below:
Submit your return via shop@bluemangosalon.com. Upload a photo of your item(s). We will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Dermalogica order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.
We will be in contact within 5 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return. Blue Mango Salon does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items. We cannot refund postage.
Alternatively return your products to the store between 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday.
All refunds are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your account will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
